[history]
SAN FRANCISCO -- A federal appellate panel has reinstated part of Gennifer Flowers' defamation suit against political advisers to former President Bill Clinton but said she still faces "an uphill battle" in seeking payment for harm they may have done to her reputation and career as a lounge singer.

Would hope Gennifer has her 'ducks in a row' for this; otherwise, she will be further discredited and Hillary and Bill will have another 'shoot down' to brag about.
. . .that said, believed Gennifer then. . .and believe her now.
Just hope it is not a case of a bad lawyer, with advice to match.

Is it possible that Flowers has actually been helped by the Clinton connection?
I'll bet there are a lot more people curious to see and hear her now.

Is it possible that Flowers has actually been helped by the Clinton connection? No one has EVER been helped by a clinton connection except the clintons..

For some odd reason I feel this is a diversionary move. Could it be that the nation needs distracting right now, so we don't see the clear and present danger of the despotic democrat party obstructionism? I have always believed clinton used the Monica crap as a diversionary tactic to cover his Loral, etc. tracks by distracting the nation and the hapless pubbies.

Stephanopoulos and Carville said their statements about the tapes were based on media reports. But Flowers said they knew the reports to be false, and the 9th Circuit ruled that Flowers has a right to show a jury whatever evidence she may be able to muster. The only thing better would be if this was Carville and Begala.

Love the duck graphic. . .
. . .if only they were really 'ducks' and not the rats we know them to be. . .
I hope Gennifer prevails. . .

Yeah, yeah, yeah. Maybe a dead pet cat left on her pocrh would "help her". And hey maybe, like Suzanne Coleman, a 12 gauge neck "massage" would help her. Or maybe, we could send over a few bags of ice. It would help her "sore lip".
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
