I got Woody's autograph on a napkin in 1983. I had a roommate who got his autograph just a week or so before he died.

I think you mean ARMY VS NAVY the only true DI student atheletes still playing. Yeah they are slow and boring, but Navy still gave ND a run for thier money. The Corp of Cadets and Midshipman march on before the game is incredible. The fact that the players in lees than one year for seniors will soon be putting themselves into harms way for the defense od our Constitution makes it even more so. GO ARMY BEAT NAVY. BY the way I did not even go to USMA.

One of the best games I ever saw was Archie Griffin and Cornelius Green taking one away from Michigan at Michigan in the seventies. And I'm from UM.

GREAT BALLGAME!!!! It's funny because, being from Cleveland, I always prepare for the worst possible finish but I was very confident Ohio State would pull it off even on the Spartans' final drive.

Just got off the phone with my Grandfather, who's a Michigan alum - had to harass him.
Man! I thought the game was over when OSU got that fumble, but Michigan sure gave us a last minute (second!) scare.
Great ball game.
