"...Thanksgiving dinner: Turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes and the most served dish of all in America: guilt..."

I eat all of the above, and more, on Thanksgiving until I lose the ability to walk and start to see double.

I sometimes feel a little queasy, but NEVER 'guilty'.

My only regret is that I can't lock myself in a small room with some of these food-nazis when the gas hits me.

This Atkins diet sounds real interesting, seeing how it slaps the lying libbies upside-the-head :o)

If anyone's interested, here's a link to Atkins web site: http://atkinscenter.com/

A large person I work with lost 50 pounds in six months. He was skeptical about the health aspects, so he checked with his doctor every two weeks. His doctor told him that he was just in better health each time. Now he feels better, he looks better, his cholestoral is down, blood pressure down........

One thing you have to do on a diet like Atkins is take lots of dietary supplements, to include dietary fiber.

I'm surprised at seeing this in a San Francisco source. How did it get past the censors?

Hmmm.... I wonder why the Trial Lawyers never go around to suing Jerrold Nadler when he could barely fit into the House elevators.

Debra Saunders is their token Right leaning offering. She gets off some good ones.
