My position: each human being deserves the benefit of the doubt until they, personally, prove otherwise.
So black people should give Klan members the benefit of the doubt? The Klan hates blacks as Islam hates Infidels.

I don't want to fight with you or anything, but how do you think people would feel if the tables were turned?
What if it were a bunch of McVeigh types who killed 3000 in the "name of Jesus & Ronald Reagan" .. And, suddenly people were crying out about "dangerous" Conservatives, Christians and (worst of all) Christian Conservatives.
I don't know about you, but I shouldn't be harmed because of some misguided thing that was done in the name of my God or my ideology if I didn't participate in it.
Even better, if someone bombs an abortion clinic and you force an answer out of me I would say it's wrong, unconditionally. Period. Put me on a jury and I will sentence the guilty to fry for it.
But.. by the same token, don't expect me to cry a river about it either. I hate abortion.
Just because I won't lose sleep over it doesn't mean I am guilty by association and it doesn't mean I am part of the problem.
Can you see the paralells here?

Muslim children-Islam, are taught to "hate" America and everything it stands forThat's the dumbest thing I've read all day on Free Republic. Seriously.
Your quote creates a clear picture why you support the queers. Too bad you do not have children. Your views change when you love something.
I have children. Grown children.
And they weren't taught to hate people.
As yours, unfortunately, probably are. Some "love."

So black people should give Klan members the benefit of the doubt? Klan members have proven otherwise, by their very membership in the Klan.

Sure..
Their speech is protected by the constitution, just like Louie Farakkahn's bunch.
Now, if they commit a crime in the name of the "white race" or whatever, that's a different story.
That's not protected and they can be punished for that.
Just like violent Muslims can be punished. Because their thought's, beliefs and words are protected, violent actions however are not.

Is your head in the sand sinkspur? The mistake by our media clearly showed thousands of arabs(Muslims) rejoicing in the streets at home abroad, and even here in country. Dearborn Michigan, the other side of Detroit from me, had 100s, possibly thousands of dancers in the streets. HERE IN THIS COUNTRY!!!!!!!!!
You're hopeless...
As far as my children go, they will grow knowing right from wrong. They will not grow to be passive. Your secret code word "Hate" has nothing to do with common sense.

Might as well say that every wasp, hornet and yellowjacket deserves the benefit of the doubt until they, personally, prove otherwise. It's a noble sentiment, but hey, we can generalize about some things if we've learned anything since 9/11. Oh sure, there are millions of innocent Muslims who individually have done us no harm, but where is the outrage? Where is the outpouring of sentiment renouncing terrorism and jihad? Where are the droves of converts renouncing their moon-god and its violent, repressive, medieval law society?
True Islam, whether right or wrong, is simply incompatible with the West. Anyone who professes to be Muslim and yet lives just like every other mall-shopping, football-watching, oblivious American Joe is living in a Walt Disney version of Islam. They haven't taken the mandates of the Quran to heart yet, mandates to spread Islam over the face of the Earth whether by book or by sword, forcing submission and obedience or else. If the peaceful, American, Walt Disney Muslims ever "get religion" and take up their swords in sympathy with the Islamists then we're in a world of hurt. I will, however, continue to give them the benefit of the doubt that they will stay in Disneyland, preferring after all the comforts of civilized Western life to the austerity of a brutal Shari'a.

Frankly, the barbarians in our midst need to feel the wrath of our anger. Agreed. Take out the "barbarians." But there ain't that many "barbarians."

As an Israeli military officer said, Islam is the swamp wherein terrorism breeds; you drain the swamp, you stop terrorism. This has been true for centuries. There is no reason for a devout, Koran-believing Muslim to immigrate to America. NONE. His worldview is contrary to the historical values of our country. The same goes for Communists and Nazis. We used to try to keep anti-Americans out of America - now its un-PC to do that, and therefore taboo.

Not all Japanese/Germans were vicious in WWII yet we waged total war and had total victory against them. Yes. I'm sure you're very proud of Roosevelt's shameful detention of Japanese-Americans in camps.
That's what's in store for American-Muslims, if FR is any indication.

What people are missing is just how easily the precedents set in the WOT can be turned on them in the future.
It's easy to shoot from the hip and make rules for others, it's also easy to buckle under your own standard if they are ever turned against you.

Thanks for a timely 'tell it like it is' article post.
Farah speaks/writes for me on many subjects and has often
been the 'voice in the wilderness' of political correctness.
