I take it this 'person' has tried to strike before under different aliases? Yup. I really liked the idea in one of yesterday's threads, regarding a Vietnam Memorial-type "Wall" of banned trolls. A "Hall of Shame", as it were.

I forgot to mention... the "test pattern" is a nice touch! Maybe you could use one with a bit more of a vintage "Civil Defense" appearance when nuking the really bad ones.
