Stuff it, jimer. -- You call me a 'drugger', I get to call you a pedo-FReak. -- You have any more juvenile 'gems'?

Your as wrong about yourself as you obviousely are about me. If you don't know that, you're in denial. If you do know that, you're a fool or trying very hard to act like one. Either way you're a loser, a big loser, and I don't think you can do anything to help yourself. Keep it up.

You want to argue pro or con, cool. Mix it up. If you just want to make lame, shrill attacks on people you suspect of being druggies, then get grow up and get a life.

If you want to differentiate between someone who breaks the law and someone who advocates breaking the law, then go right ahead. There is a world of difference between a person who disagrees with a law and obeys it, as opposed to a pereson who disagrees with a law and violates it and thinks it's a good thing to do.

"A bag of heroin now costs only about $4, Mumbauer said"

Not in the NYC area unless somebody is now breaking it up into little 'blasts'. A bag of 'good' stuff is still $10-15, but it is about half the price it was a few years ago potency wise. That is from sources who know for sure.

"I don't feel the least bit sorry for any of them. If somebody chooses to be a drug user, so be it. Your life is what you make of it. You can either choose to do the right things and improve your life or you can choose to do the wrong things and ruin your life.'

Would this include a 15 year old girl who happened to end up hooked on Heroin? Would you say this type of person has a fully developed sense of reasoning and deserves no sympathy?

You know I've smoked a lot of grass
O' Lord, I've popped a lot of pills
But I never touched nothin'
That my spirit could kill

So you support the legalization of grass and pills?

Just execute hard drug dealers

As I've pointed out to you many times, we know that won't make a significant difference, because those in the drug trade already face imminent death from their competitors, yet they remain in the drug trade. We can't possibly catch and kill them faster than they are replaced.

Do you ever post here about anything besides drug legalization?

As I said in post 129, "I've already explained in this thread my lack of interest in threads where conservatives tell other conservatives how terrible liberals are; what about that was so hard for you to understand?"

you aren't any Catholic as far as drugs go.

So now you set the rules for who is Catholic?

I have suggested licensing drug usage. In which case it is not up to the government, but rather the user's employer and health insurer to decide if the user can partake in a particular recreational drug and still remain active employees and insurees.

Why should the freedoms of individuals be restricted for the convenience of employers and insurers? Staying up too late also affects one's health and job performance; should government also license adults' bedtimes for the convenience of employers and insurers?

"Prices are down, which means that supply is up, which means that the War On Heroin is failing. Surprised?"

Only suprised at your gleeful conclusion. It matters not how expensive or cheap this shit is. It's destroying people and killing them. As for your stupid supply/demand analysis, imagine how much MORE it will cost YOU in taxes to help these junkies out. Calculated that yet?

You are the ultimate simple minded moron.

Spare us your blubbering ad hominems.

It matters not how expensive or cheap this shit is.

Prices are down, which means that supply is up, which means that the War On Heroin is failing.

It's destroying people and killing them.

As is alcohol. What's your point?

As for your stupid supply/demand analysis, imagine how much MORE it will cost YOU in taxes to help these junkies out. Calculated that yet?

I don't want a single penny of taxpayer money spent on that. Using one violation of rights (taxpayer-funded rehab) as an excuse for more violations of rights (the War On Some Drugs) is not a conservative argument.

You are the ultimate simple minded moron.

More ad hominems. Typical Drug Warrior.

The reason I ask is often times supporting any laws at all on this topic earns the moniker.

I'm sure you've survived worse. What drug laws do you favor?
