President Bush and First Lady Laura departed Camp David today for Crawford, Texas, where they will ring in the New Year. The First Couple will return to the White House the weekend after the holiday. Enjoy your daily dose of Dubya!

Hiya all!!! I have been visiting my parents, who were out of town at my grandma's for christmas, or I'd have been here earlier!

After much debate, I decided to quit my job this week. It is a long story, but basically one of the other attorneys was doing work that was endangering my license and my boss refused to fire her. So I quit. It's ok since we'll be moving IF our house EVER SELLS..........I hate being patient. So anyway. I am going to be checking out temp jobs or something for the meantime. Any prayers y'all could send my way (again. It is my goal to keep you guys on your knees before God LOL) would be great. :D

OMG .. FOFL .. I was just watching Jay Leno's Jaywalking and he showed this women a picture of Colin Powell and asked her who it was and she says .. Bill Clinton

Then he shows a picture of Dick Cheney and asked this guy who it was .. the guy didn't know so Jay gives him a hint and says he is Vice President of the United States and the guy says .. Al Gore

I know Jay picks the dumbest responses but this is really scary

Sean Hannity used to send Flipper out to the streets, to ask those same kind of questions and it's really really scary the amount of people who do NOT know who the VP, etc., are.

It's really scary alot of people don't know .. once I watch as this women argued with Jay that the pilgrims came to america before Columbus .. she knew she was correct because she was a HISTORY TEACHER ..

I use to work for a law firm and we had this one Jr. Partner I use to tell my boss all the time, she was a walking malpractice suit just waiting to happen .. he didn't believe me at first .. but after a bit he finally saw what I meant .. long story short, she left the firm before she did any damage to them

I cried when I saw My Dog Skip also. It made me think of all the wonderful pets I've had in my life and how loyal they are. Makes me want to kiss my cats even more than I do already. LOL

Ok, well here are some photos of the bathroom. I wish I had taken the real before pictures, but I forgot. So, the bathroom used to have white walls, dark oak trim, a dark oak cabinet, and an almond sink and toilet...

This is during the project. The walls are painted spring green, and the trim and cabinet are now white.

This is the finished bathroom, sans the new sink and faucet. The toilet is also new and white.

This is the kitty who loves the new bathroom.

This is only one of three times my dog actually entered the bathroom. She hates it and is very wary of the new floor.

And this is the other kitty who is getting used to the new bathroom. My other two cats are scared to death of it.
