What a strange request. Sounds to me like they're trying to use him as a go-between (or at least, somebody they can point to and say "he said...").

The thing that the NKs are delusional about is that they must think that William has some sort of power over national policy.
That's why Powell approved the meeting. It's one of those "Go ahead and talk to him, he's insignificant."

In real terms, this meeting will be to remind Richardson that good money was paid to the Crinton Administration to look the other way. They had to hear Roger Crinton and his stupid music for weeks.
Please God, have the State Department make Richardson wear a wire! Richardson seems to be the go to guy when political leaders step in $hit. Where did I hear that before?????Hmmmmmm????

Maybe the Koreans want their money back.
How's that for wishful thinking.

Fleischer says it isn't known what North Korea wants to say to Richardson. But he says the Bush administration expects Richardson to stick to Bush's line on the Korean nuclear crisis. The day Richardson sticks to anything they will be ice skating in hell. Of course with the amount of double talk he usually does how can you really tell who's side he's on. Certainly not New Mexico's.

This is proof that Kim Il-Sung has a girl that he has been boinking and now wants to get rid of. Like most filthy and corrupt heads-of-state, he turns to Richardson to find her a job away from him.

You know what that means?
It means there will be a girl named Sum Yung Ho working at the Round House.

Richardson is just proving that he thinks this job is a stepping stone to the White House.

Fleischer says it isn't known what North Korea wants to say to Richardson They have to get their stories straight. What Clinton said, when...what he promised, what he provided in exchange for cash.

Why would you want Richardson to wear a wire? That way he knows he is bugged. What you want is a recording of the conversation when neither party knows they are being listened to.
To: gundog
That, or Los Alamos. It would be easier to give them hard drives in person.

And like a true "professional" in the Clinton sense of the word, he "interviewed" her in a hotel room, and of course alone.
Mrs. Richardson must have appreciated that manuever.
