Here ya go, sorry to be so obtuse, but it was crystal clear in my mind. This issue is a sore spot with me and I sometimes assume to much.
IMHO, the good guys are the land rights people who are the true conservationists. Bad guys are the socialists who try to restrict or deny private property.
It's obvious to me when I see articles like this who the good guys and bad guys are. Blaming clandestine drug lab run-off or dumping for this fish kill is the "bad guy's" attempt at ratcheting up the rhetoric by hitch hiking on the back of the meth scourge.
When this happened if I remember correctly from previously posted articles, it was dry, no rain. Without rain how can there be run-off? No part of the story makes sense to me, other than some fish died.

I have not read this article in it's entirety yet but previous articles reported that the chemicals were dumped directly into the streams.
