Perhaps staging the rally right in front of the newspaper's offices or the television studios might make it difficult to ignore.

As promised, a small correction to my original comments. The hard copy paper did have two photos along with the text that was also posted on the web. It was on page 1B, the "local" section. I'll give them a "B-" for that coverage.

Sent them individualy to the non-news as I call them organizations. I felt it was better to send one to each individually.
Thank You for taking the time to set this up!

Someone needs to stage a pro-America, anti-Iraq rally on the sidewalk in front of the NY Slimes, Washington CommiePost, outside CNN in Atlanta, and ABC, SeeBS, NBC, etc. - make it hard for them to ignore someting under thier own noses.
To: Keith in Iowa
I'm up for rallying in front of the NY Times if anyone would volunteer to join me.

Greetings! One of these days I am going to make up a standard boilerplate post for this stuff.
*CCRM is a bumplist index that contains threads on a specific topic-in this case media bias. There are no people in it or on it, just related threads.
To find it type *CCRM in the search box (note asterik)using the "poster" category (not keyword, not title)
You will then be transported to a page where various interested parties have posted threads concerning media bias.
To post media bias threads you discover to *CCRM just type the phrase *CCRM into the sender portion of the message page.
Hope this helps,
Best regards,

Hyakubun wa ikken ni shikazu. (One Picture is Worth A Thousand Words).
If possible, for example, attach the AERIAL PHOTOGRAPH in front of Seoul, Korea City Hall on Saturday showing the crowd developing. A mass of human beings, with a HUGE American flag unfurled in the midst of the crowd.
If you can attach the photo for them to see, it might get their attention more quickly.

Got a lot of "undeliverable", too. But still, a lot of them made it to recipients.

Does anyone have this media address book with commas instead of semi-colons? AOL won't accept it this way. Thank you!

I LOVE THIS IDEA!!! BRILLIANT!
Also, a word to those of you who are upset by the liberal media's lack of coverage... the tide is turning, and we can all see it! MSNBC is hiring Mike Savage for gosh sakes!! The media is getting its much-needed slap in the face in the form of low ratings and lost revenues. They know where their bread is buttered. Soon you will see a conservative voice on all cable networks, then it will carry over to the real networks. We have exposed the liberal media and they can no longer hide.. give things a little time to fall into place! (I know, I sound too positive, but with everything going on today, you have to look on the bright side once in a while!)

FReeped!
Thanks for posting the comma-delimited list. Can you beleive it took 4 seperate emails through AOL? Yikes.
Also, please note when cutting and pasting the letter - there is a typo in the very last line that should be fixed. Set "fourth" should read "set forth"

I did get a personal reply from Aaron Brown:
"At the risk of being provocative I am attaching a note received earlier tonight. It is one heck of a coincidence. Think of the chances that two people would write the same thing. Why do I feel a campaign is underway?
A"
(followed by the same form letter I sent from another FReeper...)
anyway, here's my response to Mr. Brown (I tried to be glib and non-confrontational!):
"Mr. Brown,
A Campaign Underway... YES. "Thinking" People are just darn tired of the way your network and others are presenting the news. How about a little more balance to the issues? Has anyone suggested that in light of falling ratings at CNN and MSNBC? Obviously people are enjoying hearing both sides (i.e. Fox News' recent success) so why not join the bandwagon?
You'll find this amusing, but in my quest for the REAL story each day, even I get a little tired of just watching C-SPAN - it's not as stimulating as the networks, of course. Throw those of us that feel this way a bone once in a while! I would love to have a change of pace by watching CNN and seeing some new faces occasionally. Sad to say that when I do try that, the "Clinton News Network" spin-machine gets turned on and I tune out.
Mr. Brown, it's not that we dislike you - we can't because we know nothing of you personally. Our perception of you is based on your delivery and news content. How about a conversation with your News Director(s)? Give us a CHANCE to like your program, even your network. Are you game?
I would love to share your response with my cohorts, if you'll be so kind to do so. Thanks."
And finally, his not-so-friendly retort:
"First the campain is in my view silly. It proves that you can cut and paste. Second I have no interest in debating this. The proof of what we do is there every night. If you actually find Fox more balanced then I expect you to watch Fox. I don't find them balanced at all. But, again the program speaks for itself. "
