It was not only the HIGHEST tax increase, it was also retroactive , which is unConstitutional, against the law, and taxed the DEAD ; yet once again !

I remember my congresswomen SWORE she would not vote for this and at the last minute Clinton got to her and she voted yes

BTW .. her husband was just sentence to prison from ripping off everyone and his mother in-law

Are you saying that Reagan didn't (Carter's economic crisis featuring stagflation, Carter's Iran hostage-taking crisis, and Reagan's arms race that decided the Cold War)?
