Make that "Dem Jim Moran (VA)". He represents the northern district around Alexandria (I think the 4th Congressional District, but not positive). This is one of the real slimeballs in Congress -- but when you consider all the Dems (the Baghdad 3, the defenders of Clinton, the CBC, etc. etc.) they mostly all fall under that descriptor...

I'm happy to announce as of last election my neighborhood has been redistricted out of Moran's and into Tom Davis'. I thank God for that every night.
