I thought FERC was going to close out this business by the end of March.

They are still planning on doing that. Expect the sh@# to hit the fan either on Friday of this next week or the following week.

I expect that they will make some decisions, and then forward certain findings of fact to be determined by a FERC ALJ (Admimnistrative Law Judge). The ALJ's have done a good job on cutting Gov. Davis down to size.
