Brief Iraqi Stay

Despite United States Army statements that hudredes of thousands of troops could be stuck in Iraq after the war, we learn that the Office of Reconstruction thinks soldiers could begin going home just three weeks after Baghdad is defeated.

What's more about half the force could be shipped home three weeks after that..

Iran's been needing a facelift since '79.

Could be, especilly with the disturbing stuff that was found in the Iran Intel headquarters with regard to Al Qaeda

This squares with what I've been posting on FR for two weeks now. We will need in Iraq half or less what we needed in Japan after WW II. So, that means half the troops are coming home in about five weeks.
