Protestors Draw Many Jeers, Few People [Drivers throw garbarge at peaceniks!]

The war protestors in Sarasota drew angry flak from dozens of drivers who passed-including some who think that the anti war rallies should have stopped when the first bomb dropped in Baghdad.
Similar rallies were held across the United States on Thursday. In Sarasota and Manatee counties they didnt go well at all.
In Venice the peace march at 41 Highway and Venice Avenue ended after an hour when someone in a passing vehicle threw garbage at one of the protestors. Piles of signs with no hands to hold them lay at the curb.
No one showed up for a rally that was planned in Bradenton.

Blocking traffic is NOT the way to get the commuter on your side.

I drove by the anti-war protestors here in L.A. ... in Westwood. They were a bedraggled group. No one was paying attention.

How are these protesters going to get the commuters on their side when their plan is to screw up traffic flow?! Jeez, the commuters are going to want to kill them, not flock to them for support.

No doubt, throw them soap and those little sample bottles of deoderant while telling them that they stink like the zoo monkeys that they are. (On second thought, why give the zoo monkeys a bad rap?)

Here in a wacko-leftist state capitol, my wife walked right up to a woman holding a sign that said "Occupation is not Freedom" and flipped her off (we didn't have any garbage at the time).

I wonder what will happen tonight in Fresno. Jim Robinson HIMSELF and the freepers have demonstrated at Shaw & Blackstone EVERY FRIDAY since 9/11. The peace nuts are on the other side. Sometimes it gets a little sticky. I wonder how it will go tonight. We are going to CRUSH some dixie clucks CD's. Should be interesting. For victory & freedom!!!

Bring a can of pepper spray, and a "FRY MUMIA" sign. The sign has proven to be a foolproof draw. When one of the LEFTIST idiots tries to take it away, NAIL HIM. MWAHAHAHAHA!

(not that I condone throwing Starbucks cups at maggot infested peaceniks.. cough)It's horrible to even suggest. You should be ashamed. Those cups can blight the evironment for centuries. Eggs and tomatoes, especially ones that have already been partially decomposed, are much more responsible options.

Well...good for your Bride. We drove past the protesters in Eugene Oregon last night.
And, of course it was the usual suspects, the same anarchrists, college age people, and other unemployables that haunt every protest.. None of whom have a modicum of history in their background.
All looked filthy and wearing black.
We kept the windows rolled up so that the odors wouldn't get to us.
The protests were well organised over the Country.
