No question, the PR climate has completely changed. A year ago most people thought that the UN was a Good Thing. And those who thought we should pull out were a tiny minority. Now the average thinking person is probably at least doubtful whether or not the UN is a good thing. And a lot more people are saying that we should pull out.

I have been against the UN for a long time, because I'm pro-life and the UN has become the major instrument for the culture of death. I have the feeling that if I say what I think I'll get a much more respectful hearing from the average person than I would have a year ago. They may still disagree, but they won't automatically think I'm a far right wing nut.

I find it very fitting that Bush 43 is marginalizing the UN, especially since his father, Bush 41 (NewWorldOrder, 1990), was responsible for pushing it big time on everyone.
