Wonder if she's been an advisor to Gephardt...after all he does take advice from
the likes of Barbra Streisand.

Heck, look at the photo in post 12.
This "lady" could be White House Press-Nag Helen Thomas' daughter!
Or maybe grand-daughter.

rface, great find and post...it will surely be "grist for the mill" when I talk to
some fellow academics.

With all repsects to the Adm. Moderator, it's breaking news...at least for
anyone concerned about the current conflict and the mess that academia has become.

You ought to call the chapter of the NOW or similar group at U. Missouri and ask
when they will be giving a distinguished alumna award to the only woman in Saddam's inner circle.

Besides the ones Ouday rapes and/or tortures.

Finkelstein was quick to say this morning that Amash should not be referred to
as having graduated from MU with a microbiology degree.

LOL! talk about damage control time!
"The department of microbiology prides itself on its graduates," Finkelstein said.
"I can’t say the same about the area program.

Professor Finkelstein...you are on the way to being persona non grata
at what ever sort of Faculty Center (or club) U. Missouri has!

My senior year at college there was a large influx of Iranians. Of course I can't speak about all Iranians, but this group stayed to themselves and gave hateful looks if anyone so much as nodded good morning to them. They acted as if they couldn't speak English, yet the professors were required to pass them - so much for the Bell Curve. Now we hear of so many terrorists and the like being educated in America. It's mind boggling.

This proves my theory that the University of Missouri is evil.(hehehe)
Yes, I am still bitter that they beat SIU by 1-point in the NCAA tournament.

>>The Muslims in Columbia do little to contribute to the American Way. They educate their children in their Mosque. They socialize in their Mosque. They do little to participate in American life except complain when they are targeted in alleged racial discrimination.<<

This is the spirit of the multiculturalist/diversity agenda, a marxist-derived doctrine, promoted in our Universities, k-12 education, government and even American business.

The Multiculuralists idea is that all cultures are good, except the American culture, which is evil and must be dismantled. They encourage cultural separatism and believe group rights are superior to individual rights. And they scream rascism the moment someone questions the agenda.

The Muslims have no intention to assimilate. They're agenda is to convert (or kill, in many cases) the infidel--

For a good example of the dreadful fruits of multiculturalist doctrine, consider the bloody conflagration that was the civil breakdown in former Yugoslavia. The same outcome is in store for us, if we don't stop this movement dead in its tracks. That is, if it's not too late.

Who is accountable for this?

The people we elected to make the laws, past U.S. presidents, the Catholic and Lutheran 'charities,'who make a lot of money by immigrating the masses, and the immigration lawyers, who have a powerful lobby and continue to promote more of this stuff.

I was shocked when I investigated the voting histories of various state Senators and House Representatives relative to this issue. While we entrusted them with protecting our culture and heritage, they've been selling it away for over 25 years. (Republicans as well as Democrats.)

Months ago, I read a report that an MU student (Islamic, of course) had purchased the phone used by Osama BL in Afgan.......He apparently disappeared before the FBI could arrest or question him. The last I heard about him, he was still a fugitive (even though he was here on a student visa).

Okay, don't flame the city of Columbia, because this "woman" went to MU...24 yrs ago!!

We need to stop foreigners coming to school here and using their education to support terrorists.

Interesting (just pondering here)

When I was in college, there was an influx of Iraqi Refugees. They, too, stayed to themselves and wouldn't interact. I became friends with one of them I was helping in math (yes, our friendship ended once the need for math help was fulfilled). Again, still odd interactive behavior. None of her friends would speak directly to me. Only through her with their native tongue (obviously they spoke some English, they were in an American College).

I can't figure out if it is a cultural thing or not. Cultural distrust from where and how they were raised? Don't know.

When I was in college...

So, you noticed it too. I don't know why it was either. Ours was a small friendly college and at first we thought they were just shy, or different culture, new country, whatever. We tried to reach out to them but they weren't receptive. It was like they resented even being here, a punishment if you will. Strange.

I felt and wondered the same! And when I mentioned in my earlier post that my friendship with Paravinea ended after the math help, that wasn not my doing. She just cut me off.

All together now...

Old Missouri, fair Missouri
Dear old varsity
Ours are hearts that fondly love thee.
Here's a hail to thee

Proud art thou in classic beauty
Of thy noble past
With thy watchwords "honor" "duty"
Thy high fame shall last.
