From which side of the political spectrum does the concept of "hate speech" originate? From whence speech codes and hate crimes? Which side has moved to suppress the Bolen amendment that informs union members of their rights concerning political contributions, which side has made it a crime to voice opposition to abortion and tried to use the RICO conspiracy laws against pro-life groups? Which side originated the concept of "borking" judicial nominees and is right now engaged in an unconstitutional attempt to block the vote on a judical nominee?
