About 175 Sacramento region residents came out to oppose UC Davis' proposed high-security infectious-diseases laboratory Tuesday night, saying the facility would invite terrorism and risk the health of the local community.
"We will be living in the real shadow of death, paid for with our own tax dollars," Davis resident Holly Asano said. "I choose not to be a victim. I will move if the biolab comes to town."

There isn't a chance in Hades that Davis (still unliberated Clinton territory) will get this center. It will go to some community in the Red (Bush) territory.
