Health experts have been critical of China saying the infection could have been prevented from spreading, if only the authorities there had not sought to push it under the carpet. China is China's own worst enemy. You just can't tell them anything. They forget that they aren't the Central Kingdom any longer and that they have a global responsibility ----but you can't tell them that. (Well,--- you can tell them, but will they listen?)
