If you are in the D.C. area, show up for the "Rally for the Troops, Rally for America" Saturday between noon and 3 p.m. on the mall between 3rd and 4th streets. We need to get more people there than show up for this pathetic A.N.S.W.E.R. march.

Truly pathetic people. They are truly an arm of the Democrats. Many high profile Democrats have recently blasted Fox News and incredibly claimed that the media is biased to the right (what a joke!) In addition, Waxman and Dingell are trying to investigate American Corps. (ones that have tangential ties to the Bush Administration) that might be involved in reconstruction. It is clear that the DNC and its Big Labor, Big Hollywood and Big Enviromental Wacko coalition were financing this fifth column.

The truth must come out, and when it does the Left is going to be so damn discredited.

Denying them their freedom of speech? How facist of them.

How can a country be addicted to imperialism and war if it has a war, oh, once every ten years or so?

I plan to get video of the LA protest on 12 April for my protest documentary. I'm going to be going mostly incognito (at least until I finish all the protest video I need), but if anyone happens to be wandering by there we might meet up. Freepmail me with cell phone numbers and I'll be in touch.

"Bush's war for Empire requires a massive transfer of wealth from social service programs to fund the Pentagon's rapidly expanding budget."

Other than the "empire" propaganda, the rest of the sentance is a good thing.
We're not a socialist country. We're a free republic.
Federal taxes should only be used for the security of the nation.
Liberals are truely bottom feeding idiots. They need to get JOBS. They can pay their own bills for a change.

IMHO, this is the reason the anti-war freaks have their panties in a knot over Iraq. They hate seeing another socialist state bite the dust.

ANSWER HQ, Management Meeting, April 8, 2003:

SPEAKER: Our next order of business is the Protest to End the War on April 12...

AID: Excuse me sir, that war is basically over.

SPEAKER: Yes, I've heard about that. How inconvenient...hmmm...Well, lets protest the thousands of the young men and women who are being sent home in body bags...

AID: Excuse me sir, the coalition causualties were under a hundred.

SPEAKER: I see. Any burned out schools?

AID: Sadly,none sir.

SPEAKER: Women raped?

AID: None.

SPEAKER: Fire in the streets of the Mid-East?

AID: Kind of muted, sir.

SPEAKER (pounding the podium): Well, just exactly what are we supposed to protest then???

AID: The Florida election?

SPEAKER: No, we did that last time.

AID: Anti-semetism?

SPEAKER: What? Oh, thats right...you were out sick for that meeting. No - we're all for that now. What else?

AID: How about Newt Gingrich! That used to work real well!

SPEAKER: No, he's no longer...(pauses to think)...wait a minute...doesn't Newt Gingrich appear on Hannity? And Hannity appears on...

AID: Fox News! Brilliant sir!

SPEAKER: Why this is "Protest 101"! Of course..."if the truth is not in your favor, then attack the truth"! Send out the press release...we're going after Fox!

A year from now when troop removal begins as the new Iraqi parliment implements their own domestic security force, I bet these goons will claim to be responsible for ending the US presence in Iraq.

LOL. They have to protest something, don't they? Anything will do for now. LOL.
Seeing they don't have to be concerned about going to work, they've taken up protesting as a hobby.
"We want all YOUR stuff" protesting is the new "groovy" thing to do I guess.

Three questions.

Is this event going on at the same time the answer protest?

The release from answer states that the protest location was changed from the mall due to ground conditions. The Support Our Troops Rally is being held on the mall. Did answer have to move the site because of a posible conflict?

If I attend the Support The Troops Rally will there be enough time to get over to the answer rally protest in order to beat the dog out of those idiots?

These folks have been all but irrelevent. This is simply the same hyperbole they have used in the past.

If the war had turned out badly (and it still could although it is less likely) then all this garbage they are spouting would seem prophetic not pathetic as it is now.

If they are wrong on this they can claim the only reason the US is out and NOT an occupying force is because "THEY" had the forsight to challenge the US and "GET THEM OUT" using these protests. Its a win win for them.

Judging by most recent polling, only 1 in 6 Americans opposes our action in Iraq -- consisting of aging hippies, ego-driven celebrities, leftist apparatchiks and brain-dead college kids. Their protests have zero effect in Congress. So let's just hope they continue to squander their time and resources like this.

They lie. This organization has been doing things like this for a very long time.

They are anti-American and have an anti-American agenda.

People have figured them out. Sure, there will still be uneducated people who attend. But I do not think we will see the numbers you saw before.

Look at the desperate appeal to "NOT let the US winning the War to liberate the Iraqi's" stop people from marching!! Pathetic.

In a video you see signs telling people "sign up here for classes on Marxism".. now "that" is their "real" agenda.

If you have a chance.. look at the video made by these intelligent BRAVE young people at an International A.N.S.W.E.R sponsored rally. Also, listen to a woman describing how she loves dictators!!

These people have provided hilarious programming on C-SPAN in the past so they are good for something. Unfortunately I find it difficult to practice debating when they rarely make a coherent point. What was the name of that hotel who cut them a deal? I don’t want any money going to Communists because they are supposed to be able to function in a cash-less society.

Time to give a call to these people!! If they know then continue to offer discounts and to accomodate this group.. then they loose my business.

Comments or Questions: On April 11th and 12th, it is being publicly stated that your hotel is offering discounts to a group called "International ANSWER". Do you know who this group is? They are the same organization that had the VIOLENT protests in Seattle at the WTO meeting. They are admitted anarchists and marxists. They organized the huge massive anti-war/America rallies around the world. They are extremely well organized.. but have an anti-American agenda. We visit DC on business and pleasure. We will be watching closely to see if you are promoting groups like these by offering them discounts. I'm sure our friends in the area would like to know of this developement too. Here is the hotel information from International ANSWERS webpage: Capitol Hill Suites 200 C. Street, SE Washington, DC Tel: 202-543-6000 Fax: 202-547-0883 Sincerely, redacted

I got this from one of their other sites, VoteNoWar.org (time to update that name DUmmies.)

It is the power of the global anti-war movement that held back Bush's carnage for months, isolated him and his war plans, and now people are in the streets in huge numbers around the world to bring and end to this war. We are organizing the demonstrations in the U.S. for April 12 - the International Day of Action to Stop the War.

My GOD you people are pathetic. Take heart, for once you might have slipped in details of something that actually happened. People are in the streets in huge numbers, in Baghdad, to say something you can't; "Thank you Bush"

Don't these fools comprehend that when the IRAQI's are saying Thank you to him, its because they knew the personal pressure he was under from the likes of ANSWER? I mean, could this filth possibly do anything more shameful than protest this war?

Three answers.

Yes.

No.

Number three answer is long...

Speaking as a DC Chapter member who has gone up against these America-hating leftists at least 10 times since September 29, 2001 - we never resort to violence; we always beat them with the truth.

I think it hurts them more when we greet them with signs that: mock their lunatic causes, ridicule their puppet shows, identify their communist leaders, point out the governments around the world (Cuba, N. Korea, Communist China, Iraq, PLO, etc.) who help fund their "peace" rallies, praise OUR leaders, encourage them to move to Cuba (and elsewhere) for the free medical care, etc. --- not to mention all the fun we have turning their asinine chants around on them.

There will be time to do that kind of thing. DC Chapter members would be deeply disappointed if we didn't have time for that.

:-)

International ANSWER "resembles" this comment from your home page:

"He observed the invasion of his country by barbarians while the leadership spent time deciding what not to do with the unannounced visitors".

Only the "invasion" is being done "worldwide" by these anarchists. Many of us have studied these groups well, and are exposing them for who they are. That is the beauty of a FREE country. The truth CAN get out, don't you agree?

We can excercise our freedoms to spend money at certain establishments, and to promote or rally against companies or individuals that we either agree or disagree with. The beauty is it works for EVERYONE. But better yet it "keeps" us ALL free. Even the marxists who would destroy us. The problem for them, is they underestimate us, the MAJORITY of Americans. They may have pulled this last one off, in getting huge rallies around the world simultaneously.. by taking advantage of a horrible situation and using that to promote thier kind of hate, their agenda.

But Americans are intelligent and savvy. They underestimated that aspect of our nation. I can assure you that we are equal to their kind of activism. We have exposed them for who they are. It may not have been in the streets preventing others from moving about freely, or trying to stop supplies from getting to our troops, but we did it. We got the word out..and they are known for who they are.

Would you agree that was a good thing?

Vets

They each provide links to the other. Don't forget N.I.O.N.

Peaceful protest is the right of every American. When those protests turn violent and advocate the overthrow of the government during a time of war, something must be said and done.

For your consideration:

No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court.

Sedition: rebellion or incitement: actions or words intended to provoke or incite rebellion against government authority, or such a rebellion.

The U.S. Sedition Act

Whoever, when the United States is at war, shall willfully...promote the success of its enemies, or shall willfully...incite insubordination, disloyalty, mutiny, or refusal of duty, in the military or naval forces of the United States, or shall willfully... utter, print, write, or publish any disloyal, profane, scurrilous, or abusive language about the...military or naval forces of the United States...or advocate, teach, defend, or suggest the doing of any of the acts or things in this section enumerated and whoever shall by word or act support or favor the cause of any country with which the United States is at war or by word or act oppose the cause of the United States therein, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $10,000 or imprisonment for not more than twenty years, or both.
