BS. US would never drop bombs in La Mansur and kill civilians knowing Saddam, sons and regime not there.

Look, it's real simple. The Moslem mind, whether arabic or persian, is highly prone to paranoid and conspiracy thinking. It is part of the false religion itself, for surely their god would not allow a just victory to be won by infidels, and so it had to be by collusion and treason on the part of Saddam. In other words, only through a moslem's weakness, but never through an infidel's strength can these things happen. It is a cult-like mind set and that is real problem with the whole region. (never forget how a US Army moslem fragged his own commanders, never forget what that means...)

The Arab World is agast at the speed and ease that our forces took Iraq.
And delusion is a way of life to many in that part of the world. They feel humiliated as a culture.
There were no secret deals...our military is just that good. The writer best take note of that fact and instead of spinning yarns of wishfull thinking, he should take up his pen and use his meager writing skills to educate his people that Jimmy Carter is building houses for habitat these days, and if you don't want the horn...don't mess with the bull.

Almost 10 days ago, there was a halt in U.S.-British operations in Iraq....... There was never a "halt" to U.S. operations in Iraq during those days when the news media went into their Operation Paused Quagmire hysterics.
During that time, U.S. airpower was decimating the Republican Guard Divisions while the ground forces stood by and waited for the airpower to it's job. After U.S. air power had sufficiently "attrited" the Republican Guard divisions, the U.S. ground forces then rolled over whatever bloody Republican Guard hamburger was left.
That's what America's AIR/LAND Battle Doctine is all about.
If the Iranians believe that they can do any better against us, they are most welcome to try. Considering that the Iranians lost 300,000 killed and 500,000 wounded to the Iraqi Army that we routed in both Gulf War One and in Gulf War Two, the Iranians would fare even worse than the Iraqis did against us.

There was an email link to the author. I sent him a scathing letter and it came back undeliverable. Too bad. I questioned what level of human civilization he currently resides and did he intend to stay there for the rest of his life.

Y'know, if you put your left hand behind your head and grasp your right ear, and put your right hand behind your head and grasp your left ear, and PULL, amazing things will happen.
You will suddenly be able to see and hear REALITY.
It sure will be a change from the inside of your colon.

It never ceases to amaze how quickly second rate minds can spin conspiracy theories. Such theories are a cultural staple of the Arab world, I'm told, far more so than in the West.
Second rate culture; second rate conspiracy theories. You do the math.

Let's have some sympathy for the mullahs. Let's look at it from their point of view. They fought Saddam for eight years. They sustained a million casualities. And the best they could do was a draw. Now they are watching the Great Satan take Saddam down in 3 weeks losing only 100 guys. They have GOT to be feeling pretty bad right now.

That people actually believe our government can pull off something like this and it not get "out" is the mind boggling. We never landed on the moon stuff.

What a joke. These idiots only know one way of fighting. They run their mouth and then can't back it and surrender, run, or anything but fight real men with real bad guns
