I called the 'human shield office' number in the Palestine Hotel in Baghdad about a hour ago. That was the same telephone number that Jerk-off Ken what's his face (former US Marine/human shield) was staying, until he got the boot from the Iraqis. She stayed on for the "USMC Welcoming Committee" work.

Got a 'lines down' busy signal (I can appreciate that). I am also certain she is still in that hotel. The Iraqis moved them there from another location several days ago. Of course, being a millionaress, should could afford to stay I suppose anywhere she wanted.

The rest of this stuff should go back and forth by "Freepmail" perhaps.

I surfed around looking for Bashir Sheikh and most references that came up were Pakistani. Some specifically Kashmiri.

Finding the source of her money would be interesting indeed. She's obviously not bright enough to have made it herself....she's a real publicity hound, however, and might just be in the shield busines to see her name in print. OTOH, she may be a true Islamofascist who might not stop at giving away money to suicide bombers, etc. She needs to be investigated by CIA....but I'll bet they've already checked out all the humanshield creeps.

A WOMAN who refused to eat a drowned rat was ejected from ITV's Survivor island last night.

Uzma Bashir Sheikh , 30, owner of a children's nursery in Watford, Herts, looked askance as Simon Dunkley, 35, a sales manager from Tamworth, Staffs, caught two rats on the island of Pulau Tiga in the South China Sea, off Borneo.

With competitors becoming desperate for something to eat on the beach, he trapped the creatures in a tin can. As they squealed in fright, he poured water on them until they died. He turned to the ITV cameras, saying: "This is the worst thing I have ever had to do in my life."

Ms Sheikh was shown in the episode, livid with protest, saying nobody should eat the rats which were cooked over a fire. Her fellow competitors voted to send her home. She was the third of the 16 contestants to leave.

She said yesterday: "I just couldn't eat the rats - no, absolutely not. I just wasn't going to do it. I was really offended by the drowning. As far as I was concerned, it wasn't necessary. In fact, only two of us didn't eat the rats."

Ms Sheikh, a millionairess, said of the show, which features a £1 million prize for the last person to be left on the beach: "As events progressed I saw the vicious side of people, their crass vulgarity.

"People became vultures for the money - and I wasn't prepared to do that. I was happy to leave the island. I'd just had enough. I was just ready to leave. I was just too nice to be there.
