It's funny, if you substitute "Bush" for "Saddam" and "America(n)" for "Iraq(i)", etc., it makes sense!

To them, the lowest form of insult is to strike your enemy with the sole of your shoe. The sole of the shoe is as low as one can go. The use of the word 'bastard' and 'dog' are also supreme insults.
I was kind of wondering what significance is of saying that God was going to roast their stomachs in hell. Very strange.
