You're full of it. Put up or shut-up. Who are these people and what are the crimes they were charged with that they didn't commit? Give us the names and case numbers if you know so many so we can get the ACLU to take their cases and reverse the obvious wrongs done to them.

One Evelyn Hernandez disappeared last year during the late term of her pregancy. Her headless torso washed up last summer in the same general area as did Laci Peterson. Her killer is unknown. Ms. Hernandez's five year old son also disappeared at the same time. His fate is unknown.

HAHAHAHAHA
Because you say they're innocent we are supposed to take your word for it? Wait, I know. They told you they were innocent.
Post case numbers for each prisoner and which state they are in. It's obvious there's a miscarriage of justice going on on a scale that's just unbelievable. We have to straighten this out.

You can take the names and do your own research on the case numbers and states. I am not a library for the uneducated.
Let it be known that my opinion is that Scott Peterson is guilty. But I know the difference between an opinion and facts. My point is that majority of people think the worst becasue it's human nature. Some people just don't like to be proven wrong. There are numerous web sites that feature people wrongly convicted, people that were proven innocent by DNA or someone else came forward and admitted to the crime, there are numerous scenarios. My point being, do a little research before you post your opinion. I never take someones word of innocence after they have been convicted, I research the case if it is desireable to me. If you have the desire to know the truth than you need to do your own research.

He or she gets worried and would know where to dispose of the body to clear themselves and implicate Scott.Farfetched? I'll say.
1)This "other" murderer, or murderers, does the crime in a series of time-separated acts? "Honey, I hate to bring it up, but what are we going to do with that body out in the trunk". "Don't worry Sug, I read something in the paper tday that gave me a great idea."
2)Next act, the "real" culprit(s) secure the body in such a way that it did not surface for FOUR months? Why?
3)S.P. told the police the "fishy" story for a simple reason. He did know whether he had been witnessed going, while there, or coming back.
