Clint Black to be on O'Reilly TONIGHT!

Posted on 04/21/2003 10:23:55 AM PDT by ConservativeMan55

Clint Black will appear on Bill O'Reilly tonight. It is not clear if he will be singing or not, but the main reason he is there will be to tell what he is doing to help our troops and their families.

Do you have a question or a comment about The O'Reilly Factor? Send your comments to oreilly@foxnews.com

Here are the lyrics to his new song...

"I RAQ AND I ROLL"

YOU CAN WAVE YOUR SIGNS IN PROTEST AGAINST AMERICA TAKING A STAND. THE STANDS AMERICA'S TAKEN ARE THE REASON THAT YOU CAN

IF EVERYONE WOULD GO FOR PEACE THERE'D BE NO NEED FOR WAR BUT WE CAN'T IGNORE THE DEVIL HE'LL KEEP COMING BACK FOR MORE

SOME SEE THIS IN BLACK AND WHITE OTHERS ONLY GRAY BUT WE'RE NOT BEGGING FOR A FIGHT NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY

WE'VE GOT THE RESOLUTION THAT SHOULD PUT

'EM ALL TO SHAME BUT IT'S A DIFFERENT KIND OF DEADLINE WHEN I'M CALLED IN THE GAME

CHORUS

I RAQ, I RACK'EM UP AND I ROLL I'M BACK AND I'M A HIGH TECH GI JOE I PRAY FOR PEACE AND PREPARE FOR WAR AND I NEVER WILL FORGET THERE'S NO PRICE TOO HIGH FOR FREEDOM SO BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU TREAD

THE TERROR ISN'T MAN TO MAN THEY CAN BE NO MORE THAN COWARDS IF THEY WON'T SHOW US THEIR WEAPONS WE MIGHT HAVE TO SHOW THEM OURS

IT MIGHT BE A SMART BOMB THEY FIND STUPID PEOPLE TOO IF YOU STAND WITH THE LIKES OF SADDAM ONE JUST MIIGHT FIND YOU

CHORUS II

I ROCK, I RACK'EM UP AND I ROLL I'M BACK AND I'M A HIGH TECH GI JOE I GOT INFRARED, GPS AND GOOD OLD FASHIONED LEAD NO PRICE TOO HIGH FOR FREEDOM BE CAREFUL WHERE YOU TREAD

BRIDGE

NOW YOU CAN COME ALONG OR YOU CAN STAY BEHIND OR YOU CAN GET OUT OF THE WAY BUT OUR TROOPS TAKE OUT THE GARBAGE FOR THE GOOD OLD U.S.A.

I ROCK, I RACK'EM UP AND I ROLL IN THE USA I ROCK, I RACK'EM UP AND I ROLL I'M TALKIN' ABOUT THE USA

It would be great if Clint would sing his new song. I might just take some of his comments and put them into his song and then put them up on Kazza for people to download.

The fact that Paula Zahn's new show is one tonight, opposite Bill, is, of course, mere coincidence.....hmmm? Is Bill going for a "pre-emptive strike?"

Does anyone know if Toby Keith has appeared on O'Reilly before? We should request him as a guest.

LOL same here but it's because our TV is IN THE BEDROOM. My wife loves Bill O but he's a little frenzied for me by the time 8pm comes around.

What do you mean? He sends you to the bedroom?

Sure - don't you hear him at the beginning of each show - "Freedomlover, you and Mrs. Freedomlover get your butts in bed NOW!"

At least that's what I think he says - maybe it's my imagination. :)

P.S. read post #5

Someday I'm gonna be famous,
Do I have talent, well, no.
These days you don't really need it,
Thanks to reality shows

Can't Wait to date a supermodel,
Can't Wait to sue my dad.
Can't wait to wreck a Ferrari
On my way to rehab....

Chorus-
Cause when you're a Celebrity
It's adios reality
You' can act just like a fool
People think you're cool
Just cause your on TV.
I can throw major fits
When my latte isn't just how I like it
They say I've gone insane,
I'll blame it on the fame,
And the pressures that it goes with
Being a Celebrity
uh huh

I get to cry to Barbara Walters,
When Things don't go my way.
I'll get community service
No matter which law I break

I'll make the supermarket tabloids,
They'll write some awful stuff
But the more they run my name down,
THE MORE MY PRICE GOES UP!

Chorus-
Cause when you're a Celebrity,
It's adios reality.
No matter what you do,
People think you're cool,
Just cause you're on TV.
I can fall in and out of love,
Have marriages that barely last a month.
When they go down the drain
I'll blame it on fame
And say it's just so tough.
Being a Celebrity

So let's hitch up the wagons and head out west
To the land of fun in the sun
We'll be real world bachelors
Jackass Millionaires
Hey, Hey, Hollywood
Here we come!

Chorus-
Yeah, When you're a Celebrity
It's adios reality
No matter what you do,
People think you're cool,
Just cause you're on t.v.
...Being a Celebrity
...Yeah Celebrity!
...uh-huh
"Where's my coffee?"

Tell your wife I had an up close and personal meeting with Bill and he is worth the frenzy! I flew in all the way from GA after 9/11 to attend a lunch he was suppose to speak at (thanks to my magazine editor sister-in-law) but it got canselled while I was in the air. She called Bill's office, told them the sad tale, and he ended up inviting me to Fox for a one on one visit, much better than a huge lunch! I think that says a lot about what a decent guy he is.
