I think the media is using the "Perfect Storm" metaphor a bit too loosely. Sure it's a neat "colorized" astronomy photo, but what's so perfect about it?
Now we know what happend to Ted Turner's "colorize" technicians - they now work for NASA's Hubble Telescope Center digitally enhancing astronomy photos to "shock and awe" the gullible American public that thinks space really is painted in technicolor.
