Kerry credited the Clinton tax increase for bringing about "the greatest growth in this country in modern history, 23 million jobs created, lowest inflation, lowest unemployment."He might as well wear a bumper sticker on his forehead that says "I am an idiot".

"People hate to admit this but it was Bill Clinton and the Democrats in 1993, without one Republican vote, who actually did deficit reduction," he told radio host Don Imus."
He forgets two things. One, in '90 the elder Bush, after campaigning on "Read My Lips--No New Taxes," did a deal with the RATS. After Bush raised the taxes, the RATS would give the elder Bush Administration the things Bush wanted done for the country. BUT THE RATS BACKED OUT! Bush lost the election and we got Clintoon. Two, in '94 a year after Clintoon raised taxes, the Repubs gained control of the House for the first time in 50 years. There are repercussions to raising taxes.

"But what President Clinton did was restore the confidence level by showing Wall Street that we were indeed going to be responsible in Washington," he contended.I almost puked when he said that this morning. I had to turn the radio off while he was on.
Imagine! It's like Klintoon's claim that they were going to be the most ethical administration in the history of the US.

(From another article):But on the basis of Kerry's own logic, the question of his fitness to discuss taxes while living off rich women is still on the table. At first look, this horse-faced geek doesn't look like a lady's man, but then many of us haven't seen him in the shower.
The comment about his fitness to discuss taxes whilst living off rich women is right on the mark!
