It just proves the validity of the founding fathers' idea of limiting the franchise to responsible citizens. This woman shouldn't be voting in any election. She freely admitted that she knew nothing about the issues - instead deciding on the basis of sheer emotion. She claimed to be a lifelong Catholic but nevertheless unthinkingly votes for a party whose agenda is in direct opposition to all traditional Catholic teaching. People like her are truly dangerous to a free republic. They would happily vote away our freedoms if they can be whipped into the right mood.

Someone needs to get this women and the arrogant novelist from Hugh's show yesterday together to do some series c-r-i-t-i-c-a-l analysis of the liberal annointed.

Kennedy stepped aside at the Bay of Pigs, insuring Fedel Castro's coup and later made the non invasion treaty with the USSR, insuring his tenure. At the time of the Bay of Pigs Castro had not established a link with the Russians. JFK could have been really big, but he took the easy way out.
Back trouble, I guess.

I had the distinct feeling that this woman was not taking her medications. Kind of scares you to think these are the people voting.

Rita X was a good caller, I enjoyed her. I cannot stand most librul callers to talk radio, but I liked her.If the DNC was listening(surely they were) they LIKED her too. She is the perfect DEMONCRAT voter, TOTALLY IGNORANT, she called in a "snit" because she remembered being "mad at Rush", when her and her father got upset about something he said about Kennedy about 15 years ago. She will vote for whoever they TELL HER TO. Somehow she thinks Kennedy was a saint or something, like I said TOTALLY IGNORANT.(Maybe that's why you liked her, too stupid to make a coherent argument)

I had a history professor at the University of Cincinnati that absolutely slammed Kennedy. I was stunned. I had never heard anything like it before and haven't heard anything like it since. He basically said Kennedy was a pathetic excuse for a president, how corrupt the entire family was (especially his dad), and that being assassinated was the best thing he could do for himself, the democratic party, and the country. Of course, this was also the professor that talked about how stupid farm subsidies are, so maybe I shouldn't have been quite so surprised.

When Rush asked her if she agreed with Kennedy on the tax cut issue she said "I dont know anything about the economy to answer. I dont care about that. I just loved Kennedy because he was a Catholic like me bla bla bla". I listen to people like this woman and I weep for my country. As was said earlier, liberals FEEL and Conservatives think.

I think the picture of our national Top Gunner,President Bush, has driven the Democrats off their rockers. I bet the sales of Prozac are booming.Liberal callers also have a sing songy quality to their calls,no matter which show, radio or tv,they are calling.Liberal callers and posters can never support their arguments, they think the " I'm a Christian and I hate you " is a logical response. Guess they have unlimited internet and phone access in the day rooms of our local mental health centers.

"Liberalism is a mental disorder"
Boy, ain't that the truth!!!
Ha!!! Too bad most psychiatrist are liberals (advance apologies to any conservative psychiatrist here, if there is such a thing)
Liberalism suffers from a psychiatric phenomenon called 'projection'. Whatever evil one is guilty of, participating in...is projected to another. List all of the charges that the libs throw at conservatives and you can't help but see that.
To: Cincinatus
The reason Kennedy was in Texas was he was likely to LOSE his reelection and needed to carry Texas again this time without the phoney ballet boxes in South Texas. He had a less than 50% rating, had lost Chile, Cuba and it looked like other S. American countries would vote in the communists. He had been a poor president and teh reason there where so many theories about who killed him was so many disliked him.

And these are the people who are always saying that Bush was "selected" not "elected". Wasn't Kenedy elected because all the dead voted in Chicago?

This conservative thinks lefties are evil. Actually, the poster had it wrong. Most conservatives KNOW that liberals are evil.

Wasn't Kenedy elected because all the dead voted in Chicago? And the fact that Nixon looked horrible on TV and JFK looked tanned, rested, and ready. Enough voters voted based on "looks". Perception is reality in politics.
