BASHING BUSH BACKFIRES ON DEMS
New York Post ^ | 5/15/03 | DEBORAH ORIN

May 15, 2003 -- IN CASE the Democratic Party isn't in enough of a mess, its 2004 presidential candidates still seem hellbent on morphing into the Blame-Bush-First party - as if they've learned nothing, nada, zilch, zero from Iraq.

After the Saudi terror bombs, it took barely a nanosecond for a 2004 entry, Sen. Bob Graham (D-Fla.), to blame Bush and claim he diverted resources to Iraq (so what if Saddam got toppled?) and that "allowed the basic structure of al Qaeda to continue."

Isn't it amazing...

With the arrival of Bill and Hillary the Dems. have lost the Presidency, the House, the Senate, and are dropping in numbers within their own ranks, and still they continue to worship this self absorbed, wretched couple.

Let them worship...

What is so amazing is that the dumb-o-crats still can't see the forest for the trees. The only thing that this perverted couple (?) care about is themselves.

If it means that the dumb-o-crats may lose everything, it makes no difference to them if there is some small chance that they may gain something.

There is nothing that these perverts won't do to gain power, nothing. Everyone and everything is expendable if they gain something.

As a Floridian, I always thought Graham was much smarter than this. But he's just another demagoging democrat. Graham really shows his stupidity with this line of thinking. Unlike the Klintoon administration, for which Mr. Graham is acquainted with - the Bush administration IS capable of multi-tasking.

Bush has the added benefit of having a full compliment of military and intelligence people (which HE replenished after 9/11), so he can do many things simultaneously. Klintoon emaciated these departments during his watch and thus was incapable of doing many things at one time.

Since Graham had oversight of the intelligence agency why did he never do anything to correct all the failures he perceived?

Guess he feels there's more to gain by running his mouth off about all the secrets he knows.

As another FL voter, I'm amazed at the stupidity of Graham's approach. If, as he says, he "knows", due to his attendance on the Intelligence Comm., that the Bush admin. new of dangers pre and post 9/11 - why hasn't he made this info. public? Doesn't he realize he's painting himself in a corner? Probably not, I don't think he's the brightest bulb around.

The best gauge of intelligence is how a man reacts to his mistakes.

Stupid people keep repeating their failed behavior, harder and faster until they collapse under the accumulation of loss and fatigue. Dim people do themselves a lot of harm before they learn better. Normal people suffer a few bruises. Smart people notice the difference between expectation and result on the first trial; they immediately cease the failed tactic and try something else.

By this measure, the Democrats are dim at best -- and note that one doesn't have to disagree with their policy preferences to reach that conclusion.

Yup and I've got two words for you: Karl Rove

Bush will probably die by the poll.

"Your readership in South Dakota is insignificant to Tom Daschle's re-election's campaign."

What an insult to the intelligence of all South Dakota residents! I guess none ever read an out-of-town paper; none surf the net; none read Tom Daschle's comments regarding world affairs in their local papers.

Come to think of it, maybe he's right, since they keep re-electing the BOOB. Maybe this article should be e-mailed to all S. Dakota local papers with this sentence highlighted, just in case!

Recent comments by democrats are so over the top, they appear to be delusional. It is this delusion that allows them to overlook the shortcomings of the Clintons (power, money, me, me, me) and worship them as the almighty fundraisers for the party.

Last night Hannity & Colmes conducted a man on the street poll - can you name any of the democratic presidential candidates. The responses were embarrassing - two folks named Kerry, one may have said Edwards, many had no clue. The majority named Bill Clinton, Hillary!, or Al Gore. The sheeple are deluded as well.

My brother told me a joke the other day. Went something like this.

He heard that Baxter Black, the cowboy poet, was asked to explain what makes GW a cowboy? Baxter Black responded, " Well, put your hand in front of your nose, now see if you can move it before I hit it."

Not for sure if this is the exact quote, maybe others have heard this, sorry I was half listening to my brother tell this. It does however mock the Demorats on how Bush is handling them, no matter what the situation BUSH CONTROLS AND BUSH WINS, lol, although I don't know how it fits into being a cowboy.

"Asked for comment, Daschle campaign manager Steve Hildebrand said: "I would not confirm strategy with the New York Post. Your readership in South Dakota is insignificant to Tom Daschle's re-election's campaign."

Yep, ol' Tommy figures he can keep 'em down on the farm in SD. He just better pray that the residents are as dumb and ill-informed as he thinks they are.

I was going to each online news site here and emailed this quote:

Daschle campaign manager Steve Hildebrand said: "I would not confirm strategy with the New York Post. Your readership in South Dakota is insignificant to Tom Daschle's re-election's campaign."

Asking why Daschle thinks South Dakota is a bunch of unread bafoons.
