Four people were killed and 15 were wounded when a suicide bomber blew herself at the entrance to the Emakim Mall in Afula on Monday afternoon. The bomber detonated her explosives belt after a guard prevented her entry into the shopping center.

Well, that does present a problem, doesn't it?

But of course, Israel cannot be allowed to commit genocide. And the Palestinians aren't going to just go quietly away.

So the last, best hope really is for the creation of some sort of civilized Palestinian state, with which Israel can make some sort of peace.

That doesn't mean that such a thing is possible, of course. But the alternative is so much worse, that this has to be tried.

Of course, there are still a few options -- chief among which is for Mossad, et al to kill Arafat and every other terrorist leader they can find.
