They're back and with a vengeance and there's an inexhaustible supply of homocide bomber recruits waiting to go off. If I had my druthers, I'd drop a neutron bomb on their hideouts. Problem solved.

How can you deal with animals (Terrorists) like this, the only thing they understand is death. Why not give it to them and kill them like the dogs they are.

Perhaps you should convey this to Bush. He's the one who has tied Sharon's hands for two years and is pushing the genocidal notion of a PLO state.

No more excuses and no more stalling. If the Israeli government refuses to act to protect its citizens, the people should take the law into their own hands. Self defense is a right of nature that preceded the establishment of a social contract and the formation of the state and any one should be free to protect his life as he sees fit.

The whole situation is insane. Everyone surely has to know by now that Arafat, Hamas, all those terrorist thugs, don't want a peaceful Palestinian country next door to Israel. They don't want Israel to exist, period, and any trying to deny that is plain lying and willful deception.
And let's hang on in prayer, I read an earlier thread today that the Israeli government has reported 54 threats about upcoming bombing attempts.

Every time there is ever a move toward recognition of a Palestinian state and peace with Israel this happens.
Arafat does not want a Palestinian state. The other Muslim power brokers do not want a Palestinian state.
They want Israel dead and all Jews dead.
This is part of the war. Bush was premature to believe in a road map.
The only map is Arafat six feet under.

It's not genocide when it's in self-defense. The last poll I saw on the subject had over 70% of Palestinians polled supporting the use of terrorism to get what they want, which is the annihilation of Israel. You don't negotiate with that.

Indeed. I would like to ask our own President what exactly he wants Israel to negotiate? Its own death warrant? That's exactly what the Palis want, the extinction of Israel and no political compromise will satisfy them. Even a state alongside Israel is insufficient for them. Its too bad our own government can't see that every day's atrocities render the road map more and more irrelevant to the realities of the Middle East.

The expulsion of 2 million+ people would be a tremendous undertaking (probably involving many deaths on both sides), but you're right, there's no other option. Jordan, who obviously doesn't want its wayward children back, will have to be forced into accepting them back.

Jordan or some other place in the muslim world. There's just no way the Israelis should be expected to accept these animals as neighbors at this point in time. The "road map", near as I can tell, is DOA.

I hate to say it but something akin to genocide appears to be the only way for Israel to survive. Well, that does present a problem, doesn't it?
But of course, Israel cannot be allowed to commit genocide. And the Palestinians aren't going to just go quietly away.
So the last, best hope really is for the creation of some sort of civilized Palestinian state, with which Israel can make some sort of peace.
That doesn't mean that such a thing is possible, of course. But the alternative is so much worse, that this has to be tried.
Of course, there are still a few options -- chief among which is for Mossad, et al to kill Arafat and every other terrorist leader they can find.

If Israel had listened to Meir Kahane in the first place Israel and its neighbors would be at peace today. At it is the Oslovian concessions fostered by Israel's Left have only made the Palestinians more nazi. And the murderous violence against Jews is simply going to get more sickening and horrifying with time.

It's unrelated to this sad thread, another, but a wonderful first step would be to recognize that over 60% of the refugees are already camps in Jordan, Syria and Lebanon, waiting to "return" to Tel Aviv.
Its time the UN explained that won't happen, and begin resettling them where they are rather than keep them in the pits they're in now.

This is part of the war. Bush was premature to believe in a road map. I doubt that Bush "believes" in the road map any more than we do. But unlike us, he has to deal with the consequences of the alternative.
Our various interests are in grave jeopardy if ever the gloves really and truly come off over there. There are no good solutions to this problem, but some are clearly worse than others.
