I fear that the "immeadiate action" he is refering to may be seen in efforts of democrat lawmakers to kill Fox News and Clear Channel...there have been rumblings about "too much control of media in too few hands", and these folks are NOT talking about Time-Warner-AOl, CBS, NBC, ABC Viacom.

Doesn't matter. The SCOTUS has made it exceedingly clear that any unnecessary, politically-based interference with media ownership will be thrown out as unconstitutional. If Congress does try to pass something, Bush won't sign it. If they try it the next time a RAT's in office, SCOTUS will kill it.

The Supreme Court is only as true to the Constitution as the number of members appointed by republicans...heaven forbid, should another democrat hold office for 8 years,making appointments to the court, then I fear what damage they could do...remember that were some on the Supreme Court who would have ACTUALLY allowed democrats in Florida to STEAL an election by ILLEGAL, ANTI-CONSTITUTIONAL means.
