I can't decide how I should feel about this Carnie Wilson news. I haven't seen her since her talk show went off the air, but I can't imagine anyone as huge as she was at that time can change enough to be Playboy material. Cindy Adams is a GOSSIP columnist who seeks to devalue and spread information without factual base. There is a big difference between being *offered* $$$ and the *acceptance* of $$$. I doubt Gloria Allred would allow this, when she's attempting to protect Amber during this trial.

I had a thought. Scotty meets Amber. Amber decides that she can manipulate Scotty pretty easily. Amber puts the bug in Scotty's ear that his life would be better if Laci weren't around. Scotty goes and does this and now Amber realizes she better create some distance between herself and Scotty. Amber lawyers up, wears a wire, and makes some statements and actions that don't completely make sense.

BTW this is almost the plot of "Double Indemnity" with Barbara Stanwyk and Fred MacMurray, except in the movie it is the girl's husband and not the guy's wife that meets their demise.
