A REALLY Good Dog, is one sauted lightly in olive oil with a hint of garlic and red wine...
"What was that, Chad?"

Mmmmm.... That one calls for my favorite Welsh Recipe...
Mmmm... Loin of Corgi Wrapped in Puff Pastry, with Snowdonia Roast Potato And Portmeirion Peas and a minted demi sauce... Yum!

I'm reminded that during the Middle Ages Plague outbreaks, the people, not knowing the disease came from rat fleas, killed cats...Seems like I read that a long time ago when I was a mature adult.

I totally agree---it baffles me why this is so surprising to people. There are a lot of articles out like this, and the Chinese would be shocked to find that we thought this was newsworthy. That's just the way life is for them. If you don't respect human life, then how in the world can you be expected to care about a dog, or a cat, or anything else? If they'll go to see a criminal's head chopped off in a sport's stadium, why would they care about seeing a dog beaten to death?
