Maybe the reason is that they realize that it is not feasible to try and reverse the savage tribal instinct.
If so, it's one of the few things they've gotten right.

If so, it's one of the few things they've gotten right."Apparently YOU have your OWN "tribal instinct" -- That is one of an ignorant elitist who assumes the suffering and slaughter of hundreds of thousands of innocent people is a "natural" course of action, and irrelevant to your so-very-important life. It is ONLY through the grace of God that you or I wasn't born a "savage."
All that is required is that America abide in the principle and courage that we are reknown for so that those people -- yes PEOPLE -- who are unable to help themselves can have that chance at liberty.
May the Lord have pity on you in your moment and day of need.
