I was thinking the same thing, and in addition, the assault of a federal agent, esp. a secret service agent is, I would bet, a serious felony, be it an uzi or a spitball.
I doubt that federal statutes make exception for the First Lady, President or members of congress when it comes to such an assault.

Too bad nobody had the cojones or presence of mind to arrest her, restrain (cuff) her, and take her to the nearest police station to be "booked" in return.

If an officer had done that he would have fallen on his sword. No way you would ever convict either Clinton of anything before a jury in DC.
