There's more stupidity in this one case than humans should be allowed, but going for a 10 year sentence is grandstanding. Mo El may be a jerk, and the dead stripper a princess to her family, but there is no indication anyone coerced anyone to do anything. The stupidity is spread around pretty even.

Hey, I don't understand. If the man was driving, how come the woman was "impaled on the steering wheel"--and "facing the back of the car"? I mean...everybody knows that two people can't occupy the driver's seat at the same time--and facing opposite directions! There must be some mistake.
