Just a thought...
Heard this on Boortz the other day: Some anti-war types were protesting outside of a vets home. An old man comes out of the vets home with a bag of french fries and spreads them on the ground around the protestors and then leaves. Didn't take long for the "flying rats" pigeons to arrive and poop all over the protestors.

Yeah, free. I have been to a lot of book signings and if you don't buy the book you don't line up and meet the author. Except the late Barbara Olson. She was at a party that was also a book signing for her, at the home of a friend in Houston. She mixed with the crowd all evening. She was just so lovely, so lovely..... Gracious, beautiful, charming, warm, genuine. She was the OPPOSITE of Hildabeast!

I may not be there till 12:00-12:15 or so. Don't worry just check in with then police on duty and let them know that you want to hold some protest signs. Look for plainclothes officers with a "Police" or "Civil Affairs Police" armband on and approach them if they're there. They're a bunch of good guys and they'll work out something agreable to all parties. It's easy to talk to the police, start of with "Good afternoon, Gemtelemen/Ladies..." Let them know that you're conservatives and have NO plans for civil disobedience. That's also a good ice breaker because most protesters are left wing and most left wingers are violent to more or less of an extent.
A spot across the street or down the block where you're visible but out of the way of pedestrians and traffic is good.
Or just wait for me. There will be plenty of FReeping to go around.

Hillary Freeped in Philadelphia. Fatime, Fatima's daughter, Doctor Raoul. We stood at the south side of the streat and held up signs and Doc Raoul keep up the spirit with his 25 watt megaphone. I estimate the line about 150, maybe 250 total over two hours. No sight of her lowness. I did get to meet a few of the Secret Service Philly office and we were cheered on by many lunchtime urban pedestrians.
A few hot and bothered libs approached us. Including one Baby Huey-sized retired Marine in a wife-beater who was in among us very quick-like and ranting at Doc Raoul. Fortunately as he put his hands on Raoul -- Don Giordano, the WPHT 1210-AM radio host, defused the situation with a microphone and quick repartee. With the "glare" of the BigTalker's mike upon him he backed off and denied harrassing the erstwhile Doc Raoul.
He was nutz. We were essentially surrounded by obvious plain-clothes police and secret service, and maybe four, five undercover I'd guess. Still -- in a crowd damage can be done quickly, and the sidewalk we were on was crowded. So Don Giodano, radio host and quick-thinker, deserves a round of applause from us all, and here's a thanks to him -- hoping he reads it -- from me.

Thanks for the report bvw,It was nice to meet you and Doctor Raoul and another freeper on her lunch break,-I forgot her name-if your reading this ,here is a hug.A very small crowd for the shrill and as soon as I got there I was interviewed by Fox news on a different subject, then a local paper, the reporter said to me "doesn't everyone lie in their memoirs".I also had my picture taken many times, they like my sign-"Hillary where's Bill" supplied by the good Doc.Many people tapped me on the shoulder and asked me to turn around so they could see our sign and they all laughed. We did have a few in your face people on our side, the one was a young woman who could not get over the fact that we had a sign that Bill had been accused of rape. She claimed to be a reporter I think ,and was asking the Doctor many questions,he gave answers-she didn't like them. She claimed to council rape victims,I didn't believe her and she jumped from the Doctor over to bvw with the same questions. The Hillary crowd on the other side of the street liked the Doc.and seemed to be in agreement with him and were just there to read about the sex.It was a small crowd,500 tickets were available and I counted 150 at the most there. The crowd was mostly 30 to 50 year old woman, maybe she paid them to be there,no-way she sold 500 from what I saw.The pro-lifers arrived and set up in front of and standing next to the crowd standing in line.I was suprised that the cops let them but there they were. The crowd booed them and a few of the women were hot with them but the cops,CIA,and the plainclothes men were there so that was OK.On our side of the street all were glad we were there except for a few.My 17 year old daughter,Mary, went with me and I was happy she was there.I found out later that the pro-lifers may have been from generation life. Before the Doctor got there we had people leaving the bank offering us cigars, thanking us,telling us we were right on.Doctor forgot his camera and so did I,sorry, fatima and fatima's daughter.PS Hillary supporters are wimpets.

Fans Not Disappointed With Hillary's Book Signing Book Reveals Details Of Clinton's Time In White House
POSTED: 4:16 p.m. EDT June 23, 2003
UPDATED: 5:19 p.m. EDT June 23, 2003
Hundreds of people lined up at a Philadelphia bookstore at the crack of dawn Monday.
They weren't waiting for the latest Harry Potter novel -- former first lady Hillary Rodham Clinton was in town promoting her new book -- "Living History: Hillary Rodham Clinton."
The lines stretched around the block and the books were selling fast as people from the Delaware Valley waited patiently for a little bit of living history because the New York senator's memoirs detail her time in the White House.
The tome is at the top of the
New York Times Best Seller list and describes the night President Bill Clinton told his wife about the Monica Lewinsky affair. The book also discusses her husband's impeachment proceedings and her race for the Senate.
At the Borders bookstore in downtown Philadelphia, sales of Clinton's book are keeping pace with the newest Harry Potter novel.
"You can attract kids to read. You can take them away from the TV and the video games if they have something they are excited about reading, so I'm all for Harry Potter and the kids who read those books," Clinton told reporters.
Clinton's book has sold more than 600,000 copies nationwide in its first week.
Many people at the Philadelphia Borders store started to line up at 5 a.m. for a ticket to get in.
"We came around 5:30 because this is a very brave, brilliant woman," said Joanne Mahle, of Abington, Pa.
The book signing was by ticket only and 450 free tickets were doled out at 8 Monday morning. But Clinton fans who did not make the cut still bought the book and stuck around for a glimpse of the author.
"The little bit that I've read of things she has done that's been inspirational to me," said Mark Coberly, of South Philadelphia.
"We came around this time and didn't get a ticket. Hopefully (we will) see her as she enters the store," said Marla Zipkin, of Wynnewood, Pa.
Outside the book store the crowd grew as the hours wore on and protesters took the opportunity to voice their opinions to the senator about everything from city contracts to abortion rights..."

That reporter is SO bad they could actually benefit from same mentoring from Jason Blair.
The "City Contract" protesters were people from Osage Avenue who lost their homes during the "Move Fire" and no live in city constructed homes on the same block.
We loaned they the megaphone for a while.
