What erks me about Moose is that he wasn't at any of the officer briefings. As a Chief, you need to be there for the Officers! He should donate the money made on the movie and book deals to those families who lost a loved one and to a fund for those families who lost an spouse/officer in the line of duty.
He WASN'T the only one heading the sniper case!!! FBI, HRT, and some others were helping and I'm sure doing most of the work!
