Can we really be this stupid?

Stealing poor people's hard-earned cash simply because they "might" use it to "buy guns."

We deserve to be thrown out of Iraq if use such iron-fisted methods. It will only serve to inspire sympathy with the guerilla resistance.

Your observation is apt, but would probably be more striking if the feds didn't do the exact same thing here in the U.S.

It sounds bold and chaotic but, it also sounds like everything is recorded and 'put-right' after the subjects are 'cleared.'
