Some things scaughty might of overlooked, in thinking if Mexico, he would of been home free, maybe not!

Rapist's extradition shows duality of Mexican policy

"Mexican officials say there is an important distinction in the Luster case: He was deported, not extradited, thus skirting a thorny area of U.S.-Mexico relations.

"He came in with a fake name. That is why he was deported so quickly," said Javier Herrera, director of information for the Mexican Attorney General's Office. "It would have been complicated if he had entered with his proper name. In that case, it would have been an extradition, and those take a long time."

Several U.S. officials reacted to the Luster case by saying more such cooperation is badly needed between the two countries so other fugitives can be brought to justice."

Heh bear, how dare you take a day off??? LOL Hope you enjoyed it.!! Your so good to ping us with current news EVERY day. I kinda missed it yesterday although it did cause me to get some work done around this house.
