I wake up with one...but refuse to let "them" get me. What we do here is important...and the World reads it.

There is some consolation in that.

FREEP ON !

"He needs to sue the EPA, and supoena the U.S. Forest Service, Bureau of Land Management and Oregon Department of Fish & Wildlife."

This would be a good idea IF it weren't for the fact that it would just end up in front of some bald-headed hippie judge somewhere, and you already know which way he would rule even before the case was heard.

I was going to say "put some ice on it" but didn't want to get you more depressed than you already are.

Better save your spit -- we'll need it for the upcoming fire season.

Does the government ever look at both sides and come to a common sense solution?

"Government is not reason or eloquence, it is force".

Was this a navigable river? Otherwise, the Corps of Engineers has no authority, according to the U.S. Supreme Court.

If someone knows where to reach this unfortunate gentleman, tell him that Florida is no more property friendly than Oregon, and that Floridians are far less supportive of property rights than Oregon - Klamath Falls, for example.

Floriduh is, after all, the Peoples Republic of Florida.

"Systems thinking" is the new rage in education. What is "systems thinking"? According to the Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development: "Systems thinking is a way of looking at occurrences as a whole; of looking at problems in their complete environment. Rather than isolating one part of a problem, trying to solve it, and put it back into the system, the systems-thinking approach attempts to take in a larger scope, studying the interactions between different parts of a system. Related to this is System Dynamics--the study of structures and typical behaviors underlying system actions."

The rights of the individual are subordinate to the rights of the state- courtesy Karl Marx Jo Stalin Mao Tse Tung Fidel Castro etc etc etc.......

For YEARS I have hated the EPA. This is an agency funded by YOUR TAX MONEY that exists for the sole purpose of (l)forcing you to do things you do not want to do with your land or (2)preventing you from doing things you do want to do with your land.

It issues regulations, sues landowners at will, imposes fines, and does it all with the force of law! No one elected these people to tell us what to do! NOT ONE OF THEM HAS EVER HAD TO CAMPAIGN ON THEIR VICIOUS PLATFORM! Not one has ever faced the public they so freely oppress in the name of the "environment."

THE EPA is a tool of oppressive government. They need to be defunded, dismantled, scattered to the four winds, and the buildings where they work disinfected and exorcised.

This is Tyranny defined. How can we let injustices like this stand. This is what our Bill of rights is supposed to insure against. Methinks this guy should tell them to pound sand and keep his place.
