if someone doesn't understand that sodomy or same sex activities are not as normal and natural as apple pie and motherhood, it must be because they just woke up out of a decades long coma, or they don't want to see the truth.

I don't know what kind of semantics you are using. I guess natural can mean things like it's natural for lions to eat their cubs sometimes, or it's natural for people to have really weird dreams sometimes.
