I just found your ping to me on this thread (#134) now. Geesh... I guess I get (and give) a lot of pings!

I'm anxious to see "The Passion" as well. It'll definitely be interesting to hear Aramaic and Latin spoken. I heard today on Fox News that Gibson was mulling over whether or not to add English subtitles to the film. I think he's leaning to NOT adding them.

You got it all wrong.

I say "I believe X" and Catholics say "We believe Y".

I don't tell them what they believe, I tell them what I believe. We disagree.

Well, okay. Most objections to Catholicism are based on misconception, but there are actual doctrinal differences.

Sola scriptura seems to be the biggest stumbling block.
