If the media would show just a small fraction of what really goes on in these gay pride parades...

There's some pretty tawdry stuff going on, I'm sure, but, to me, nothing more outlandish than what you'd see at Mardi Gras, Freaknik or Spring Break.

By the way, "Girls Gone Wild 2" is out now...

The truth is that they truly are ignorant and could not see the negative impact that the radical homosexual movement is forcing on all of society, especially the young and the impressionable.

Amend that to "do not WANT to see the negative etc".

The SCOTUS sodomy decision and the consequant exultation of the pro-homosexualists (homos and their supporters) is proof that the slippery slope has turned into a screaming nosedive. The only way someone could not see this is if they have their eyes tightly glued shut with their hands over them, saying "You can't make me see!"

The only way to deal with Danconia is to ignore him. He is rude, very profane and insulting. Trying to have even a minimally rational debate with him is like trying to talk to a child who just throws dirty diapers in your face.

As in Brave New World, socialists promote sexual libertinism as a diversion.

Well said. And people who are already slaves to their sensual demands are easier to enslave in general, since they are used to the condition. One who is the master of their senses rather than the slave is truly free, and the hardest of all to enslave by a totalitarian government. 2nd amendment too of course.

My definition of "fundies" is simpler, they are people who spend half of their time demanding that the government keep its hands off religious freedom, and the other half demanding that the very same government enact laws upholding religious beliefs.

Good points! If our whole society becomes as "tolerant" of homosexuality as San Francisco is, then our whole nation will end up governed like San Francisco. In other words, more taxes, more spending, more gun control, more thought police, more government regulation, and more speech codes.

Exactly! A morally dumbed-down society will gladly sell its birthright, and its liberties, for sensual pleasures.

"Liberals" never promote anything that doesn't increase government power. If "liberals" are pushing the gay agenda, and they are, that should tell us something right there.

I've been at gay pride parades and when I have children, I think they are about the safest place in the world that I could take them.

Please explain the connection between tolerance of homosexuality and high taxes. This ought to be good, LOL.

"Christian” organizations included Dolores Street Baptist Church, Freedom in Christ Evangelical Church, Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church (a representative pitched the church as being made up “85 percent of fags and dykes”), More Light Presbyterians, and Dignity, a group that claims to be Catholic even as it condones homosexual behavior disapproved by the Vatican. One Dignity marcher wore the S&M flag as a cape. Another of the “Christian” floats had a sign that said “Christian + Gay = OK” with a huge rainbow-colored cross rising at the back.

"Principal sponsors were Anheuser Busch’s “Bud Light” beer, whose trademark red, white and blue logo was changed to rainbow hues for the occasion, and The San Francisco Chronicle, which had this parade slogan: “We come out every day.”

Other sponsors and advertisers included MasterCard, Wells Fargo Bank, Bank of America, Earthlink, Verizon, IBM, United Airlines, Enterprise Rent-a-Car, AAA Travel, Travelocity, and several liquor brands and HIV/AIDS drug manufacturers. Among “safe sex” promoters were LifeStyles condoms, Elbow Grease personal lubricants, and a "MedicalToys" website, described on its website as “the originator, innovator and largest provider of medical toys, products and apparel for the medical fetish, nurse fetish and the medical BDSM [bondage, discipline, sadism, masochism] scene on the web and mailorder!” The sadistic-oriented “MedicalToys” site sponsored a full page ad in Inside Pride, the “official San Francisco pride guide.”

There are so many people here on Free Republic who dismiss postings like this as mere gay bashing/homophobia just because the issue is not important to them. The truth is that they truly are ignorant and could not see the negative impact that the radical homosexual movement is forcing on all of society, especially the young and the impressionable.

This is why stories like these are so important. They provide a firsthand, eyewitness account of the truth about these depraved parades that you will NEVER learn of from the mainstream pro-perversion, sodomite-sympathetic media. It is not gay-bashing to tell the truth about what homosexuals really do.

I have observed these parades in other cities and it is all the same everywhere. The photos coming out of the Toronto parade are on par with this account of San Francisco's. Same with Chicago. All of these "gay pride" parades are shameful and wicked displays, which innocent children are knowingly subjected to, and in which no arrests are ever made for public nudity and lewd conduct. The only difference is the degree of perversion.

Now is not the time to roll over and stay silent about this abomination. Our country is in deep kimchee with so many brazen sodomites running loose in our land. We all must take a stand in whatever way we can against this demonic blight for the sake of our innocent, pure and defenseless kids.

Their very look bears witness against them; their sin like Sodom they parade; They hide it not. Woe to them! -- Isaiah 3:9

I'm sorry, but I got a little lost with this story. This preacher wasn't associated with these San Fransisco parades, was he? It looks like he's in Pennsylvania??
