Jonathon H. Stillman, a marine biologist at Stanford University, tested the heat tolerance of four species of crabs found in the shallow waters of the Pacific Ocean

CaptRon tested the heat tolerance of some Hudson River crabs recently and found that once the water reaches 212 degrees they taste just fine.

I just returned from a vacation on the South Coast of Oregon. The crabs are excellent.

As long as you do not plan to keep them fresh in the spa.

I have made that same test myself......
(Many times, in fact, just to make sure the data was correct)
I am compelled to concur with your findings.....
(Perhaps we should jointly publish the results of our efforts for the rest of the scientific community. What do you think?)
