CaptRon tested the heat tolerance of some Hudson River crabs recently and found that once the water reaches 212 degrees they taste just fine.
I have made that same test myself......
(Many times, in fact, just to make sure the data was correct)
I am compelled to concur with your findings.....
(Perhaps we should jointly publish the results of our efforts for the rest of the scientific community. What do you think?)

It'd be at least as accurate and edifying as some of the junk coming from the scientific community.
