I thought people from Californis didn't smoke! Or they weren't allowed to... :)
Maybe that's why they are in Texas. They had to find a place where they could swing in the trees and smoke.
Hmmm... where is it so humid that we can smoke in the trees???? HOUSTON!!!!!

I suppose that it would depend on where in Houston you lived and were familiar with. A majority of the city is full of trees. Sure, a lot have been cut down, but my house is on a small corner lot in west Houston and I have 45 trees in my yard, most of them 50+ foot pines. (Dang, too bad Trust didn't pick one of mine...I'd get him down!) Anyhow, flying back from Dallas, as I do frequently, I'm always glad to look out and see that sea of green.

I'm ignoring them as studiously as possible. Why won't they go away?

You mean there are trees left in Houston? You tell me. This is a view of the downtown skyline from Memorial Park, where these idiots are stationed.I didn't know you could force trees into photos. Did you use Photo-Shop?

I lived in Channelview.
We could see The Star from our back door on a good day. I left shortly before the cheerleading mom incident. I am glad to hear that it is greener than I remember. I hope you have an uneventful flight. I miss some things about Houston, but I am still glad I moved.

I lived in Channelview.Aha! That explains it. I don't know where you are now, but I'd be glad if I'd moved away from Channelview, too.
