Further, Mr. Peach and I have repeatedly written the GOP leadership complaining that they do NOT do a good job defending themselves, and we have just recently used the uranium flap and the example of Clinton's remarks regarding Iraq's nuclear program and Daschle's, et al.

Hastert is doing a good job defending tax cuts.

Hastert being asked about the police being called by the chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. Although I think it was a dumb move on the part of the Chairman from a PR standpoint, I do wish Hastert had fully explained the police were called because the Rats had threatened a few members of the GOP.

If Hastert doesn't mention the Iraqi Liberation Act and how repeatedly Clinton mentioned Iraq's Nuclear Program, I will positively scream.

I hear you. I've gotten to the point where I can't take hearing the lies and distortion of facts any more and am about ready to tune out of the news altogether. The speech Clinton made back in '98 proclaiming that Saddam had a nuclear weapons program and needed to be stopped should absolutely be a key element in this ridiculous WMD investigation. It almost seems like the Republicans who have the power to get the truth to the forefront are themselves oblivious to the facts or simply lack the backbone it takes to fight these serious charges being made against the President and the Administration.

For those of you that have not listented to Fox Sunday, take your Malox before listening to Jay Rockefeller.

Tony out and out asked him did we have reason to go into Iraq. Jay Rockefeller said he does not know.

He also is questioning the treasure trove of documents that are soon to be released.

I think Jay Rockefeller is trying to take over Daschle's place as the sleaze of the Senate Democrats. Watching him on FNS now makes me sick - what a despicable character.

I want to nominate Jay Rockefeller for weasel of the year award. Not one straight answer to anything. Not one.

Not one straight answer to anything. Not one.

Precisely. If you get a transcript of the interview, you'll see that in every single answer, are weasely words which will allow him later on to say "No, I didn't say that!"...

Biden will run on a popular mantra - "I want to bring American troops home by getting the international community home".

According to Tony, Rockefeller had the NIE report PRIOR TO any public statements by President Bush re: Uranium and Africa. Did he raise any concern about the SOTU reference? Did he do so privately? (Yeah, to himself! LOL!).

Write your local papers regarding Clinton in the 90's re Iraq's nuclear program. Write the GOP that you will stop supporting them financially unless they do a better job defending themselves and getting the word out.

I simply cannot believe my ears, listening to both sides of this WMD argument. We on FR have so many Rat comments regarding that nuclear program in Iraq and the GOP doesn't use them. Why not?

What is wrong within our own party that we do not defend ourselves by using the Rat's OWN WORDS against them?
