Dems almost do better if they miss votes. Kerry has quite a history of cutting spending on intel and defense prior to 9/11. I'm sure he wishes he wasn't on record for those votes.

LOL!!! Isn't that the truth -- RNC had a Research paper out last week on Kerry's votes -- his voting record against Intelligence and Defense is nothing short of mind boggling.
